HealthGroup West will assess the existing and potential goals, strategies, and operations of the practice and provide a definitive direction as to a course of action which will enhance the market position of the practice, ensure clinical and financial stability and increase market penetration. The Evaluation is driven by the specific areas of inquiry identified by the client and will be based on a data provided by the client and a site visit.
